Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR Circulating RN for a 13-week travel contract in a hospital operating room setting, requiring a minimum of 2 years of OR circulating experience and a TN or compact RN license.

Details

• Hospital operating room setting
• Works across multiple surgical service lines, excluding cardiovascular, neurosurgery, and orthopedic surgery — must be flexible across all other service lines
• Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM), Monday through Friday with a rotating day off
• No weekend shift requirements
• On-call is required, including minimal weekend call and a proportional rotation of late stays (typically 2–3 times per month)
• Block scheduling is not available

Requirements

• Active TN or compact RN license currently in hand — no pending licenses accepted
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an OR Circulating RN
• Must be able to work across multiple general surgical service lines (excluding CV, neurosurgery, and orthopedic surgery)
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

• First-time travelers are not preferred but may be considered with strong, appropriate OR experience
