Description
American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at an acute care hospital in Burbank, CA, requiring at least 1 year of experience and current ARRT or NMTCB certification.
Details
- 392-bed acute care hospital setting
- Nuclear Medicine unit with potential to float between the outpatient center and main hospital
- 4x10 hour day shifts, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- No on-call required
- Charting system: Meditech; Epic experience required
- Local candidates are accepted
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
- Current BLS certification required
- ARRT or NMTCB certification required
- Active California state license required; license required if applicable
- Epic EMR experience required
- Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty and setting
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Scrubs of any color are acceptable
- Free parking is available on site
- All travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination
- Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of this facility
- All requested time off must be disclosed at the time of submission; post-offer RTO requests may be denied
- 13-week contract
