Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Oncology RN with OCN certification and Epic/Beacon EMR experience for a day shift position in an infusion-based oncology setting.

Details

Oncology unit within a hospital setting
Infusion suite with 8 chairs and 2 private bedrooms
Patient ratio of 1:4
Administers chemotherapy, immunotherapies, biotherapies, blood products, antibiotics, and other infusions/injections
Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Uses Epic/Beacon EMR

Requirements

Active VA or Compact RN license currently in hand
OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse) certification required
BLS certification required
Oncology nursing experience required
Experience with Epic/Beacon EMR required
Chemotherapy administration experience required
Two professional references required for consideration
Copy of Driver's License and Social Security Card required for consideration

Additional Information

Responsible for administering chemotherapy, immune/biotherapies, blood products, antibiotics, and infusion/injection therapies to oncology patients
