Description
American Traveler is hiring a Radiology/Cardiology X-Ray Tech with 2+ years of experience and C-arm and portables proficiency for a 13 or 26-week travel contract in New Jersey.
Details
- Diagnostic X-Ray department within an acute care hospital setting
- 4x10 hour night shifts from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Every third weekend required, with potential to be scheduled every other weekend based on unit needs
- Flexible contract length of 13 or 26 weeks available
- Equipment includes Philips, Siemens, and GE systems
- Charting via Epic (experience preferred)
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Radiology/X-Ray
- Active ARRT (R) and BLS certifications required
- Active NJ or Compact state license required prior to start — license required if applicable
- Proficiency with C-arm and portable X-Ray equipment required
- O-arm experience preferred
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
- Two current professional references required for consideration
- Copy of certifications required for consideration
- NURSYS and state license required for consideration if applicable
Additional Information
- Perform diagnostic X-Ray procedures across radiology and cardiology settings
- Black scrubs required
- Local candidates are accepted
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Any time-off or schedule requests must be submitted and approved prior to offer
- Former employees of this health system must have been separated from the organization for a minimum of 1 year before being eligible for a travel assignment
