Description
American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist (X-Ray) for an acute care hospital setting, requiring 2+ years of experience, ARRT certification, and Epic EMR proficiency.
Details
- Acute care hospital radiology department (X-Ray unit)
- Epic EMR is used in this position
- 13-week assignment with 8-hour day shifts and alternating weekends
- 40 hours per week
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
- Current BLS (AHA) certification required
- ARRT (R) certification required
- State license required if applicable
- Driver's license copy required for consideration
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
Additional Information
- Red top and black bottom scrubs required
- Radiation badge is required and must be provided prior to assignment start — the facility will not supply one
- Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local travelers are not accepted
- Travelers who have previously worked at any WVU Medicine location must have taken a 2-year break before being eligible to return
- Travelers may not work within the WVU system for longer than one cumulative year without taking a 2-year break
- Any background hits must be disclosed at the time of consideration
- Candidates may only be submitted to one WVU facility at a time
