Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a PACU position requiring a TX or compact RN license, Epic proficiency, and a minimum of 2 years of PACU experience.

Details

Hospital PACU setting
Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Floating may be required to PreOp and PAT
On-call is required
Epic EMR experience required

Requirements

Active TX or compact RN license required
Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
Minimum 2 years of PACU experience required
Epic EMR experience required
Candidates residing within 90 miles of the facility are subject to a local pay rate

Additional Information

First-time travelers are welcome to apply
Navy scrubs are required and are not provided by the facility
Pass/fail compliance exams are required, including a Pharmacology exam, Unit Competency exam, and Advanced EKG exam — candidates have 2 attempts before automatic cancellation
