Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Inpatient Comprehensive Rehabilitation position in Boston, MA, requiring an active MA RN license and working night shifts on a 13-week contract.
Details
- 30-bed inpatient comprehensive rehabilitation unit with all private rooms, private bathrooms, and full mobility device equipment
- Adult patient population
- Patient ratio is 5:1 on evenings and 8:1 overnight
- Night shift: 19:00–07:30 (12-hour shifts)
- Three 12-hour shifts per week with every other weekend required
- Documentation via Epic; Voalte smartphones used for communication
- Stryker beds in use throughout the unit
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
- BLS certification required (AHA only)
- Active MA license must be in hand and verifiable through both NURSYS and BON
- 2 professional references required for consideration
- Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions
Additional Information
- Epic charting experience is strongly recommended given its use for all documentation on this unit
- Time and attendance tracked via UKG/Kronos
- No validated parking available at Boston location; public parking lots are available at daily rates, and public transportation is encouraged
- Local candidates residing within 60 miles of the Boston facility are eligible but subject to a reduced pay rate
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of consideration
