Description

American Traveler is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist for an outpatient ortho and worker's compensation setting in Milwaukee, with preferred experience in outpatient orthopedics and a bilingual, community-centered clinic environment.

Details

• Part-time outpatient physical therapy position, approximately 20–28 hours per week
• Caseload of approximately 12–15 patients per day, consisting of orthopedic and post-surgical cases
• Primarily adult patient population with a bilingual Spanish-English community focus
• Mix of orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, and worker's compensation cases
• Clinical model includes collaboration between PTs, PTAs, and techs
• Practice operates across two clinic locations within one mile of each other
• Documents using Prompt EMR
• Night shift schedule: 3x8-hour shifts, 19:00–07:00
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Current PT license required if applicable
• BLS certification required
• 1–2 years of outpatient orthopedic and worker's compensation experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical rotations may be considered
• Experience or comfort working with a bilingual Spanish-English patient population preferred
• Familiarity with Prompt EMR is a plus
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
