Description

American Traveler is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an outpatient position in Bettendorf, IA, requiring 2+ years of experience, prior travel experience, and Epic proficiency.

Details

• Outpatient physical therapy setting within a multi-campus health system
• May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses
• Monday through Friday, day shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 40 hours per week with no weekend or on-call requirements
• EMR: Epic (experience required)
• Orientation is held every Monday

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent outpatient physical therapy experience required
• At least 1 prior completed travel contract required
• Current BLS (AHA) certification required
• Active Iowa state PT license required; compact license accepted — license required if applicable
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must have a taxable address located more than 50 miles from the facility
• One supervisory reference from within the last 2 years required for consideration
• Driver's license required for consideration

Additional Information

• Contributes clinical knowledge and skills as a member of the interdisciplinary care team
• Travelers must work 1–2 of 3 summer holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day
• Candidates who have been employed by this facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• This position is not open to first-time travelers; prior travel experience is required
