Description

American Traveler is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of experience for a 13-week contract serving the greater San Jose and South Bay Area of California.

Details

Home health setting serving patients across San Jose, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Los Altos, Palo Alto, Stanford, Menlo Park, East Palo Alto, Atherton, Redwood City, and neighboring cities
Day shift, Monday through Friday with flexible hours between 8:30am and 5:00pm
13-week contract assignment

Requirements

Current, active OT license — license required if applicable
Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience
Home health experience preferred

Additional Information

Primary responsibilities include restoring and maximizing patient function, facilitating ADLs following disability, and preventing further functional restrictions
Evaluate and treat patients using medically prescribed occupational therapy programs
Goal-oriented practice focused on helping clients reach their maximum performance level within individual capabilities
