Description
American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week acute rehabilitation assignment in a hospital setting.
Details
- Acute inpatient rehabilitation unit in a hospital setting
- All adult patient types; no pediatric cases
- 100% acute rehab — no floating to other rehab settings
- Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend coverage
- Day shift: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Requirements
- Current, active OT license required where applicable
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- Acute care experience required
- Valid US Social Security Number and US home address required
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
- Skills checklist required for consideration
- Current BLS certification required
Additional Information
- Provide occupational therapy services exclusively within the acute rehabilitation unit
- Local candidates are accepted; however, a radius rule applies and may affect pay rate eligibility — radius varies by state
- COVID-19 vaccination is not required for this position
