Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient rehab setting in Algiers, LA, with first-time travelers welcome and a focus on orthopedic patient care.

Details

  • Outpatient orthopedic therapy setting
  • 8-hour day shifts
  • Caseload of 12–14 patients per day with an expectation of 60 visits per week
  • Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
  • No on-call requirements
  • No floating to other clinics required
  • Option to join a Travel Team at this clinic or a neighboring clinic

Requirements

  • Current PT license required; note that Colorado does not accept the compact PT license — an active Colorado license is required if applicable
  • New graduates are not eligible for this position
  • PTAs will not be considered for this role
  • Date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

  • Outpatient experience is preferred
  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply
  • Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week
  • Any overtime hours must be approved by the director prior to being worked
