Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring Epic EMR proficiency and multiple certifications including TNCC, with night shift scheduling.

Details

• Emergency Department (ER) unit in a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30)
• Every other weekend required, though weekend requirements may change based on need
• Floating to other Prisma Health units and/or campuses may be required based on census needs; floating will only occur in units where competencies have been demonstrated
• Epic EMR required with a minimum of 1 year of experience
• Omnicell medication system in use
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active RN license (SC or Compact) required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI/MAB, and TNCC
• Minimum 1 year of recent ER experience required
• Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
• Driver's license and Social Security Number required for consideration
• Two professional references required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers will be considered based on experience
• Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from all Prisma Health facilities to be eligible for this travel assignment
• Exception for this ER night shift position: candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the contracted campus to be eligible; candidates residing under 50 miles are not eligible
