Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery (L&D) position requiring at least 2 years of L&D experience and Cerner/Fetalink proficiency, working day shifts at a hospital in Birmingham, AL.
Details
- Labor & Delivery (L&D) unit within a hospital setting in Birmingham, AL
- Day shift schedule: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- 13-week contract
- Cerner and Fetalink EMR — experience required and must be reflected on resume
Requirements
- Active AL or Compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of recent L&D experience required
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NRP — no certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date
- Cerner and Fetalink experience required
- Permanent address must be 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for this travel position
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- Valid driver's license required for consideration
Additional Information
- Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible for this position
- RTO requests must be less than one week in duration
- Local candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible
