Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery nights position in Birmingham, AL, requiring a minimum of 2 years of L&D experience and Cerner/Fetalink proficiency.
Details
- Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- 13-week contract
- Cerner and Fetalink EMR used; experience with both is required
Requirements
- Active AL or Compact RN license required
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NRP — none may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date
- Minimum 2 years of recent L&D experience required
- Cerner and Fetalink experience must be documented on resume
- Valid driver's license required
- US Social Security Number required
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates will not be considered
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years are not eligible
- RTO requests must be less than one week in duration
