Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with home health experience for a 13-week travel assignment covering the Santa Cruz/Watsonville territory in California.
Details
- Home health setting serving a geriatric patient population
- Territory covers the Santa Cruz/Watsonville area, within a 50-mile radius of the hub/office
- Caseload of 5–7 patients per day
- Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break
- No on-call or weekend requirements
- Mileage between patient homes is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
- EMR: HCHB (experience required)
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of home health physical therapy experience required
- Active California PT license in hand required (no pending licenses accepted); license required if applicable
- Current BLS certification required
- Experience with HCHB EMR required
- OASIS experience required
Additional Information
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
- Local candidates are accepted at the travel rate
- Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
- All time-off requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
