Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a PCU (Progressive Care Unit) position in Ohio requiring 2 years of PCU experience and active Epic proficiency.

Details

Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at a large academic medical center in Ohio
Patient ratio of approximately 1:4
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Rotating weekdays and weekends
Rotating holiday coverage required
Floating to other units within the health system may be required

Requirements

Active OH RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
Minimum 2 years of PCU experience required
Epic EMR experience required
2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

Additional Information

A break between assignments is not required when changing representation for this facility
All time-off requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
