Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Med/Surg Telemetry position requiring Epic experience and an active Oregon RN license.
Details
- Hospital-based Medical Surgical unit specializing in the care of acutely ill adults, including both emergent and elective surgical patients
- Telemetry monitoring available for patients requiring stable cardiac monitoring
- Night shift schedule: 1900–0730
- Rotating weekend requirement
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Oregon RN license currently in hand
- Current certifications required: BLS (Healthcare Provider level) and ACLS (AHA)
- Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience required
- Telemetry monitoring experience required
- Recent Epic EMR experience required
- Orthopedic and Bariatric experience preferred
Additional Information
- Provides professional nursing care to acutely ill adult patients, including pre- and post-surgical cases
- Specialty certification in Medical Surgical Nursing is strongly encouraged and supported by the facility
- This facility is strict about job requirements and will not consider candidates who do not meet all required qualifications and certifications
- Excessive RTO requests will not be approved
