Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position in Des Moines, IA, requiring BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications on a night shift schedule.

Details

Work in the main emergency department of an acute care hospital in Des Moines, IA
Night shift schedule: 18:30–07:00
13-week contract
Every other weekend rotation required
Every other holiday coverage required

Requirements

Active RN license in Iowa or a Compact license currently in hand
Current AHA BLS certification required
Current AHA ACLS certification required
Current PALS certification required (ENPC is also acceptable)
TNCC and NIHSS certifications required
COVID vaccination card required for consideration
Two professional references required for consideration

Additional Information

Local candidates are accepted for this position, as Iowa is among the states where local rates are offered
License verification must be dated within 30 days of the anticipated start date; NURSYS verification is preferred where available
