Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring a CA RN license and a minimum of 3 years of ED experience, with night shift availability.

Details

• Night shift position in a hospital Emergency Department
• 36 hours per week
• Floating to the ICU may be required

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted California RN license required
• Minimum 3 years of ED experience required
• Recent ED experience within the last 3 months required
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Encouraged certifications: MICN, NRP, TNCC, and CEN
• Two supervisory references required: one from within the past year and one from within the past two years
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• Clean, unrestricted license history required — prior license hits will not be considered
• A specialty-specific skills checklist completed within the past year is required

Additional Information

• ICU experience is preferred due to potential floating needs
• RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days for this assignment
