Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position in the Modesto area, with a preference for 1 year of experience but open to new graduates.
Details
- Home health setting serving a primarily geriatric patient population
- Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional flexibility
- Day shift hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
- Weekly point expectation of 7-8 points
- Charting performed in Perfect Notefield
Requirements
- Current PT license required if applicable
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of PT experience preferred; new graduates and those without home health experience will be considered
- 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
- Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
Additional Information
- Training provided on the Perfect Notefield charting system
- Supportive management team that is welcoming and willing to mentor traveling clinicians
- Phone interview required
- All time off and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront
