Description
American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for a day shift contract role requiring at least 12 months of MRI experience and Epic proficiency at a Level 1 facility.
Details
- Located in a North Ground MRI unit within a Level 1 academic medical center
- Day shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, 3x12-hour shifts per week
- Weekend-focused schedule: Friday–Sunday or Saturday–Monday
- Epic EMR experience required; McKesson preferred
- Local candidates are accepted at the same rate
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months of MRI technologist experience required
- Epic EMR proficiency required
- ARRT (MR) or equivalent certification required
- Current BLS required
- Level 1 trauma facility experience required
- License required if applicable
- Two professional references at supervisor level or above required for consideration
Additional Information
- Candidates must not have been employed by this facility within the previous 6 months
- This is a drug and tobacco-free workplace; smoking is not permitted anywhere on campus
- The facility enforces a natural nail policy
- Travelers are not guaranteed holidays off; any time-off requests should be disclosed upfront, as late requests may be declined
