Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a fast-paced IR department supporting vascular surgeons and interventional radiologists, with a minimum of 1 year of experience required.
Details
- Short-term acute care hospital with 325 staffed beds
- Interventional Radiology department supporting vascular surgeons and interventional radiologists
- Department features Philips rooms including one biplane room, plus one GE Hybrid room
- Charting via Epic (experience required)
- 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of IR/Cath Lab experience
- Current BLS and ARRT (R) certification required
- Active Washington State license required (pending licenses not accepted); license required if applicable
- IR/CV certification preferred
- Epic EMR proficiency required
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for a travel contract
- At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting required for consideration
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
- All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront; RTO requests made after submission or offer may be denied
- Refusal to float between facilities within the state may result in termination of assignment
