Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience for an acute care hospital position covering both inpatient and outpatient settings in a Monday–Friday, day-shift role.

Details

• Acute care hospital with 24-hour emergency care, full medical and surgical services, and an attached 71-bed skilled extended care facility
• Level IV Trauma designation
• 25 total staffed beds
• Covers both inpatient and outpatient PT
• Patient ratio of 1:6
• Day shift schedule, Monday–Friday, 5x8 hours (8:00–17:00); no weekends
• Charting via Cerner
• Clinician may be asked to float within scope to meet facility needs
• Block scheduling accommodated given the M-F structure

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings required
• Current BLS certification required
• Active MT state license or compact license required; pending licenses are not accepted — note that MT state licensure takes approximately 8 weeks to obtain if not already held
• License required if applicable

• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Local candidates are accepted; no radius rule applies
• No RTO permitted within the first two weeks of the assignment due to orientation; RTO is limited to one week total for the duration of the contract
