Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Neuro/Trauma ICU (NTICU) position requiring a CA RN license, 5+ years of critical care experience, and prior travel nursing experience for a night shift contract.

Details

• Level II trauma Neuro/Trauma ICU (NT/SICU) setting
• 12-bed unit with a 2:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
• Specializes in neuro and trauma patients, including those requiring ICP monitors, CRRT, and lumbar drain management
• Night shift (NOC), 12-hour shifts with a 1900 start time
• Floating required to Cardiovascular, Telemetry, ICU/CCU, or Med-Surg units as needed
• Epic EMR — experience required

Requirements

• Active CA RN license currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Minimum 5 years of acute critical care experience
• Level II trauma critical care experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required

• Candidate must be a W-2 employee of their agency to be eligible for this position
• 13-week contract
