Description

American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with fluoroscopy and OR experience for an evening shift, 13-week travel contract in Virginia.

Details

• Acute care hospital setting in a dedicated X-Ray unit
• Patient population includes infants, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• 5x8 evening shifts, Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with the possibility of 10-hour shifts depending on staffing
• Floating to other units may be required based on staffing needs

Requirements

• Current BLS certification required
• Virginia state license required; any active state license in hand is accepted, as Virginia will grant emergency authorization while a permanent VA license is processing — license required if applicable
• Fluoroscopy and OR experience required
• Experience with Siemens equipment strongly preferred
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Candidates must reside outside the facility's local radius to be eligible
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

• Perform general X-Ray imaging across a diverse patient population spanning all age groups
• All time-off requests must be submitted at the time of application
• The facility reserves the right to call off one shift per two-week period
