Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg-Oncology unit position requiring BLS certification and Epic EMR experience.
Details
- Med/Surg-Oncology unit in a hospital setting
- Patient population includes general medicine and dedicated oncology patients
- Rotating 7A/7P shifts (12-hour shifts)
- 13-week contract
- Required to work 3 out of every 6 weekends
- Holiday coverage required as needed
- No on-call responsibilities
- Floating required to the same level of care
Requirements
- Active RN license — Maryland (MD) or Compact license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Experience at a comparable facility size (500+ bed count) required
- Active RN license must be in hand at time of consideration
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
- One professional reference required for consideration
Additional Information
- This unit is dedicated to oncology patients in addition to general medicine, similar in structure to a standard Med/Surg floor
- Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers
