Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Step Down / Intermediate Care position in Northeast Wisconsin, requiring 2 years of experience, Epic proficiency, and prior travel nursing experience.

Details

Step Down / Intermediate Care unit in a hospital setting
Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
12-week contract
Every other weekend (EOW) required
Every other holiday (EOH) required
Epic EMR used
Floating may be required to two additional Fox Valley sites

Requirements

Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
Minimum 2 years of Step Down or Intermediate Care RN experience
Epic EMR experience required
Prior travel nursing experience required
Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
SSN, DOB, 2 professional references, skills checklist, copies of certifications and license verification, and a copy of Driver's License required for consideration

Additional Information

Provide intermediate-level care to step down patients in a hospital setting
May be required to float to two additional sister facilities within the Fox Valley region
Local candidates are accepted, though a radius rule applies that may affect the travel pay rate
