Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with 1+ year of experience for a skilled nursing facility assignment in Washington state.

Details

  • Skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
  • Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
  • 6-month contract, with shorter assignments considered
  • Facility is situated along the Columbia River, approximately 24 miles from Leavenworth, WA
  • EMR systems used include Net Health and Point Click Care

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
  • Active Washington state PT license required, or a compact license where applicable — license required if applicable
  • BLS certification required
  • Experience with Net Health and/or Point Click Care EMR systems preferred

  • No specific scrub color required
  • All time off and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at the time of consideration
  • 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
