Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with 1+ year of experience for a 13-week outpatient PT contract in Prince Frederick, MD.

Details

• Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting
• Schedule options: Monday–Thursday 11AM–7PM and Fridays 7/8AM–3/4PM (5x8s), or Monday–Thursday 9AM–7PM (4x10s)
• No weekend shifts
• Caseload of 12–14 patients per day, approximately 60 patients per week
• Double-booking is standard practice at this location
• Uses RainTree EMR

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required
• New graduates will not be considered
• Current PT license required if applicable
• Current BLS certification required

Additional Information

• Full support staff at every location, including front office and PT Aides/Techs, to assist with patient flow
• First Day Instructions (FDI) provided by the Clinic Director a few days before the assignment start date
• First day includes staff introductions, EMR orientation to RainTree, shadowing, and treating a few patients; Day 2 is expected to be fully independent
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
• All time-off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
