Description
American Traveler is seeking a travel RN with a dual skillset in Antepartum and Labor & Delivery for a 13-week contract at a prestigious academic medical center in Boston, MA, requiring an active MA RN license and AHA-only certifications.
Details
- Postpartum/Antepartum unit within a large academic hospital system in Boston, MA
- Dual skillset required: Antepartum and Labor & Delivery
- Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts with day/night rotation
- Every other weekend (EOW) required
- Every other holiday (EOH) required
- 13-week contract
- Epic EMR used for charting
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
- Both NURSYS and BON verification required for nursing license
- Current BLS certification required — must be AHA only
- NRP certification preferred (AHA accepted)
- 2 professional references required for consideration
- Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions
Additional Information
- Candidates with a permanent residence within 60 miles of the facility are considered local and subject to a reduced pay rate
- No validated parking available at Boston location; public parking costs range from $17–$22 per day, and public transportation is encouraged
- Time and attendance tracked via UKG/Kronos
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront
