Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of experience and both inpatient and outpatient backgrounds for a 13-week travel assignment in California.

Details

• Rehabilitation therapy setting with both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
• Workload is approximately 50/50 split between inpatient and outpatient care
• Variable schedule that includes weekend shifts
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings required
• Active CA PT license required if applicable
• Current BLS/BCLS certification required
• DOB and SSN may be required for consideration

Additional Information

• Clinicians must be familiar with Joint Commission National Patient Safety Goals (NPSGs), including alarm management, patient restraint use, infection prevention, two-step patient identification, medication labeling and calculation error prevention, and identifying safety and suicide risks
• Hospital orientation is paid in full
• Local candidates are accepted for this position
