Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery Transition Team position in Austin, TX, requiring at least 1 year of L&D experience and intermediate fetal monitoring certification.
Details
- Night shift position, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Rotating weekend requirement
- 13-week contract
- Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting
- No on-call requirements
Requirements
- Active TX or Compact RN license required
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP (Advanced 9th Edition, AAP card), and STABLE
- Intermediate or Advanced AWHONN fetal monitoring certification required, or NCCEFM
- Minimum 1 year of recent L&D experience required
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- One professional reference required
Additional Information
- All certifications must remain valid through at least the first 30 days of the assignment; AHA or ARC certifications are accepted
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
