Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient orthopedic contract, requiring a minimum of 2 years of outpatient PT experience and active PT licensure.
Details
- Outpatient rehab services setting specializing in musculoskeletal and surgical cases
- Patient population includes general orthopedics, post-op shoulder/hip/knee, sports medicine, spine, and potentially vestibular cases
- 10-hour day shifts scheduled within department hours of Monday–Thursday 7:30am–7pm and Friday 7:30am–4:30pm
- Two shifts per week required in the 10:30am–7pm window
- No weekend or on-call shifts required
- Minor holidays are required
- EMR: Epic
- Scrubs: any color accepted
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent outpatient PT experience required
- Experience with general orthopedics, post-op care, sports medicine, and spine required
- Active PT license required; active CT state license is not required at time of consideration but must be obtained prior to start
- AHA BLS (for providers) required
- OCS certification preferred
- COVID vaccine required; medical and religious declinations are accepted
Additional Information
- Local candidates within 75 miles are accepted
- All requested time off must be submitted at the time of consideration
- Selected candidates will be interviewed by the hiring manager prior to offer
- 13-week contract
