Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position in Irving, TX, requiring TNCC certification and at least 1 year of recent ED experience.
Details
- Night shift position working 7P-7A (19:00-07:00)
- 13-week contract in a hospital emergency department
- Located in Irving, TX
Requirements
- Active TX RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
- Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of the start date)
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification required
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification required; SAMA, MAB, or ACPMA may be accepted in lieu of CPI
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required for ED RNs
- Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department nursing experience
- US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- One professional reference required
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
