Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an IMC/ICU position requiring ICU experience, rotating day/night shifts, and floating across multiple units.
Details
- Hospital-based setting working primarily in the Intermediate Care (IMC) and ICU units
- Float coverage required to the ED and Med Surg as needed
- Rotating day and night shifts (0700–1930 and 1900–0730)
- 3x12-hour shift schedule
- Every other weekend required — 6 weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday) per 6-week period
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active MD or Compact RN license required
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- ICU experience required
- Must successfully pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum overall score of 80% and a score of 100% on the lethal rhythms section
- 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
- Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
