Description
American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for an inpatient rehab unit, requiring Epic/Rehab Connect experience and an active Louisiana state PT license in hand.
Details
- Inpatient rehabilitation unit setting
- Day shift position with alternating start times of 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM
- Schedule is 5x8-hour shifts per week, totaling 40 hours
- Approximately 6 hours per shift dedicated to direct patient treatment time; remaining time includes documentation and team conferences
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active Louisiana state PT license required and must be in hand at time of consideration
- Current BLS certification required
- Epic and Rehab Connect experience required
- A supervisor reference dated within the last 12 months is required
- Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
- Any employment gaps of more than 30 days must be listed and explained
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include direct patient treatment, documentation, and participation in team conferences
- RTO is limited to 5 days or fewer for the duration of the contract
- Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates
- Former permanent employees of any LCMC facility must have been separated for at least 1 year to be eligible
