Description
American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist with 1+ year of IR experience and ARRT RT(R) registration for a 13-week travel assignment in Dayton, OH.
Details
- Interventional Radiology (Endovascular) unit in an acute care hospital setting
- 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexible scheduling and compressed workweek options where possible
- One full weekend call shift per month, running Friday 5:00 PM through Monday 7:00 AM (Friday and Monday are typically scheduled off)
- Weekday call runs after the shift from 5:00 PM to 6:00 AM, typically 1–2 days per week (excluding the weekend call week)
- Total call expectation is approximately 7–8 call shifts per month, inclusive of the monthly weekend call
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of Interventional Radiology or related Radiologic Technologist experience
- Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or Allied Health required
- ARRT RT(R) registry required
- Vascular-Interventional Radiography (VI) registry preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- ACLS preferred
- Ohio Department of Health (ODH) licensure required prior to start; may be obtained during compliance
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Progressive IR experience is preferred
- Holiday coverage is required as part of this assignment
- Local Radiology candidates within 50 miles of the facility are eligible to be considered for this position
