Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an IMC/Stepdown position in Georgia, requiring at least one year of critical care experience and night shift availability.

Details

• Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) / Stepdown setting in a hospital environment
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Some weekend shifts required
• Holiday coverage required
• 13-week contract with possibility of extension

Requirements

• Active RN license — Georgia (GA) or Compact license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Critical Care/ICU experience required
• Proficiency in IV starts, lab draws/sample collection, and titrating critical drips
• Intermediate-level fetal monitoring (FM) skills required
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Valid Driver's License and Social Security Card required for consideration

Additional Information

• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Minimal to no time off (RTO) requests during the contract
• Royal Blue scrubs required — not provided by the facility
• Candidates residing within 30 miles of the facility are not eligible for this position
• Candidates residing between 31–50 miles of the facility may be subject to a reduced travel pay rate
