Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Cardiovascular & Vascular Sonographer with a full vascular skill set and at least 2 years of experience, with prior travel contract experience required.
Details
- Cardiovascular and vascular sonography role requiring a comprehensive vascular skill set
- Procedures include renal studies, pre-op assessments, pain mapping, and other detailed vascular work
- Average of 7–8 scans per day
- Epic EMR experience required
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of current Cardiovascular & Vascular Sonographer experience required
- At least 1 prior travel contract required
- RDCS and RVT certifications required
- ARDMS or CCI certification required
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC required
- Active Iowa license required, if applicable
- Epic EMR experience required
- Driver's license required for consideration
- Supervisory performance evaluation or reference from within the past 2 years preferred
Additional Information
- Perform a wide range of vascular sonography procedures including renal, pre-op, and pain mapping studies
- Candidates who were employed by the facility within the past 12 months may not be eligible for consideration
- Travelers are expected to work 2 of the 3 winter holidays (Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving)
