Description

American Traveler is hiring a CA-licensed OR RN for a short-term Epic conversion contract requiring proficiency in both Epic and Cerner.

Details

• Operating Room (OR) setting
• 12-hour day shifts
• 8-week contract supporting an Epic EMR conversion

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and PALS (AHA)
• Minimum 3 years of OR experience required
• Minimum 6 months of Epic experience within the last 12 months required
• Cerner experience also required — must be proficient in both Epic and Cerner
• Recent experience in OR specialty within the last 3 months required
• 2 supervisory references required: one from the past year and one from the past two years
• Active, unrestricted RN license with no prior hits required
• Date of birth and Social Security number required for consideration

Additional Information

• No RTO (time off requests) will be approved for this contract — candidates with more than 5 days of RTO will not be considered
• OR skills checklist completed within the past year required
• All employment gaps of one month or longer must be documented and explained in work history
