Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position in an outpatient heart and vascular setting, requiring at least one year of Cath Lab experience and a SC or compact RN license.
Details
- Outpatient Heart & Vascular Lab (Cath Lab) setting
- Day shift schedule, 4x10-hour shifts (7:00–16:30)
- No weekend or holiday requirements
- Late stay may be required as needed
- Epic EMR experience preferred but not required
Requirements
- Active SC or compact RN license required prior to start date (pending license considered)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience required; 2 years preferred
- 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
- All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application; RTO requests made after submission will not be considered
- Orientation includes pass/fail testing: Cardiac Dysrhythmia Test and Moderate Sedation Test are administered on the first day, with one attempt allowed
- Missing more than two shifts during a 13-week contract without reasonable explanation may result in contract review for cancellation
