Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an IMCU/PCU Step Down position requiring at least 2 years of experience and an active SC or compact RN license.

Details

• IMCU/PCU Step Down unit in a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule: 07:00–19:30
• 13-week contract with 36 hours per week
• Scheduling is not self-directed; candidates must be available to work any day of the week

Requirements

• Active SC or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of IMCU/PCU Step Down experience required
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) – Prevention First certification required (available as a 30-minute on-demand video for approximately $25)
• SSN (full preferred; last 4 acceptable), date of birth, and driver's license required for consideration
• One professional reference required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates
• Candidates who have previously worked for Tenet Healthcare as a permanent employee must obtain MSP approval prior to being considered
• Requested time off (RTO) should not exceed 7 days for the duration of the contract
