Description
American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for a day shift contract role requiring at least 1 year of experience and ARRT certification.
Details
- Inpatient hospital MRI unit
- Daily caseload of approximately 18 patients per technologist
- Day shift, 5x8 hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- One night of on-call required per week
- No floating to sister facilities required
- Charting is performed in Cerner
- Free parking on-site
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of MRI technologist experience required
- ARRT (MRI) certification required
- Current BLS required
- State license required if applicable — pending licenses accepted provided they are active by the start of the assignment
- Cerner experience preferred
Additional Information
- First-time travel assignments are welcome to apply
- Maroon scrubs required
- 2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
- All time-off requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
