Description

American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Lake Havasu City, AZ, requiring 2+ years of experience and the ability to perform PET/CT scans.

Details

  • Position is based in the Diagnostic Radiology department of a 171-bed community hospital and regional referral center
  • Facility is Joint Commission Accredited and a Certified Chest Pain Center
  • Level III Trauma Center
  • Nuclear Medicine Technologist must be able to perform PET/CT scans
  • Shared call is required for this position
  • Day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
  • Every other weekend rotation required
  • 13-week contract

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience required
  • BLS (AHA) certification required
  • AHA certifications required
  • Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
  • Active state license required, if applicable
  • Must not reside within 60 miles of the facility to qualify for this travel position

Additional Information

  • Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible for this position
  • Candidates who are employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible for this position
  • Lake Havasu City, AZ offers access to outdoor recreation, mountain ranges, and lake scenery, and is within driving distance of Las Vegas, Phoenix, the Grand Canyon, and Southern California
