Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 17-week travel contract in Plentywood, Montana, supporting a comprehensive therapy department offering both inpatient and outpatient services across a rural critical access hospital, nursing home, and clinic.

- Day shift schedule
- Services span outpatient clinic, inpatient hospital care, inpatient nursing home care, home care visits, and local school visits
- Therapy department offers a wide range of services including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Hydrotherapy, Pelvic Health Therapy, Dry Needling, LSVT Big and Loud Program, and Pain Management
- Patient population includes orthopedic, neurological, musculoskeletal, and developmentally delayed pediatric cases
- Facility includes a hydrotherapy pool used in PT services
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license required; Montana state license required upon acceptance if applicable
- Current BLS certification required
- Experience across inpatient and outpatient settings preferred
- DOB and SSN may be required for consideration

- Located in Plentywood, Montana — a rural community of approximately 4,100 residents; the facility is the sole medical provider in Sheridan County, also serving surrounding areas including parts of Canada and North Dakota
- Facility is a private, not-for-profit organization operating a 19-bed acute care hospital, 35-bed long-term care facility, and a full-service Rural Health Clinic
- The facility will assist in securing housing for the duration of the assignment
