Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position at a 143-bed acute care hospital in Rutherfordton, NC, requiring prior Cath Lab experience and AHA certifications.

Details

• Day shift position, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• 13-week travel contract
• Cardiac Cath Lab setting within a 143-bed acute care facility
• Adult and geriatric patient population
• Procedures include diagnostic cath, PCI, and peripheral vascular procedures
• RN responsibilities include monitoring, circulating, and scrubbing
• GE Innova equipment used in the lab
• Meditech EHR system in use
• No weekend, float, or on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active NC or compact RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab RN experience required
• AHA certifications required and must be obtained prior to start
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Perform monitoring, circulating, and scrubbing duties in the Cath Lab
• Scrubs are provided by the facility
• Candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel rate
• Travelers who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates cannot be employed full-time elsewhere during the assignment
