Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry position requiring a KY or compact RN license and a rotating 36/48-hour weekly schedule.

Details

• Telemetry unit within a hospital setting
• Day shift position running 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Rotating schedule alternating between 3x12-hour shifts one week and 4x12-hour shifts the next (84 hours per two-week period)

Requirements

• Active KY state or compact RN license currently in hand — no exceptions
• Minimum 2 years of RN telemetry experience required
• Driver's license with address matching permanent address required
• Two professional references required: at least one Charge Nurse or higher and one supervisor, both completed within the last year

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
• Must be willing and able to commit to the rotating 36/48-hour weekly schedule; inability to do so may result in cancellation
• Up to 7 days of RTO may be considered, but must be submitted upfront — no changes will be accepted after submission
• Must be available to work at least one major or one minor holiday per contract
• Travelers who have worked within the ARH system for one year or more must take a minimum 6-month break before being eligible to return
• Travel pairs are accepted on a limited basis; paired travelers will not be placed on the same shift or unit
