Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist with 3 years of experience and Epic proficiency for a 13-week contract at an acute care hospital in Santa Rosa, CA.
Details
- Inpatient rehab unit within a 277-bed acute care hospital
- Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Acute rehab experience preferred; orientation provided for float to acute rehab as needed
- Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state
- Block scheduling requests considered at manager's discretion
- Charting via Epic (required)
- Free parking on-site
- Local candidates are accepted
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of physical therapy experience required
- Acute inpatient rehab experience strongly preferred
- Epic EMR proficiency required
- Active PT license required (pending license not accepted)
- At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting required for consideration
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- All requested time off must be submitted at the time of initial consideration; RTO requests made after submission or offer may be denied
- Refusal to float between facilities may result in assignment termination
- Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
