Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with acute care experience for a 14-week hospital assignment in Kula, HI, requiring an active HI PT license and BLS certification.
Details
- Day shift position, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
- One weekend day per week assigned at a nearby medical center
- Occasional travel to a Kihei location required for screens or follow-up care for long-term care patients
- EMR: Epic
Requirements
- Active HI PT license required at time of consideration — no pending licenses accepted
- Current BLS certification required — no pending certifications accepted
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience within the last 5 years
- Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Local candidates are welcome to apply
- Candidates who have worked at this facility as a contingent worker for a cumulative two-year period must take a 90-day break before returning on assignment
